    whole wheat bread....good or bad?

From the research I've done, it seems as though 100% whole wheat bread is a good choice for carbs since it doesn't raise blood sugar levels too much. But I've also seen people on here say it's not an optimal choice. What do you think? What are your reasons?

btw-my goal for the next 6 months is to put on lean body mass while staying as lean as possible.

U hit it first time m8, its a good choice if ur gaining but not optimal, its not natural, whole food are always better as there is no processing and u kno exactly what ur eating.

If ur trying 2 gain to i dont see any proble in having a few slices per day, just dont make it ur main soirce of carbs.

I like it pre workout with a small amount of natty peanut butter and a small protein shake with milk. This make my stomach verry settled, a must when squating and deadlifting LOL
