your diet is lopsided. You need to do more reading. For starters, you should probably cut back on all the protein. Additionally, you need some complex carbs for muscle growth. Finally, where are all the fresh fruit and veggies? But diet is only one piece of the puzzle here. Due to your lack of understanding about diet, i'm guessing you are probably also not on track with your work outs. And finally, if you want to lose fat, you need cardio. 30 to 60 minutes a day, with an elevated HR, for at least 3 days a week. You need to do a rethink on your entire program. Improve your diet. Improve your workout and absolutely include cardio. Finally, make sure you get enough rest. 7 hours a night minimum. It's all in here brother! All you gotta do is read!
