1 or 2 scoops of casein before bed ??

Hit up the POLL - 1 or 2 scoops.

Thinking about adjusting my diet to 2 scoops instead of 1.
Would I want to double the natty pb as well or keep it at 2tbs (1 serving)
I would guess this would last longer in my system overnight but not twice as long correct?

It depends on your protein and total caloric needs for the day. Not the number of scoops or tablespoons, lmao.
Although, 4 tablespoons is likely too much in any case.

Why? Sounds gimmicky to me. True, it is supposed to be like a "time release" version for protein. But I doubt the protein that's in your gut before you hit the sack is going to deplete itself before you wake up - it normally lasts 4 hours, but when you sleep, doesn't your metabolism slow down some?. If you were managing your protein intake to a low level, and needed to make sure the little protein you did take in remained in your blood stream for as long as possible, then maybe I would see your point. But I suspect your protein intake is more than adequate, and this whole discussion is moot.
