    Just a quick question

One of the meals i love to eat as its quick and easy to prepare/ cook,

is fried chicken and egg. spose you could call it an omlette?
takes about 15 mins all together

cut up a chicken breast, fry it in a little vegetable oil, add some soy sauce, then crack 3 eggs in there (3 whites, 2 yolks)

i was just wondering if this was a good meal for protein/ low fat/ etc?

    thanks in advance

Switch to using just a bit of oil to grease the pan or even better yet, zero calorie cooking spray. Provided you're not worried about the sodium content (soy sauce) - it's a decent meal. Of course, it doesn't have a real energy source (carbs and/or mono/polyunsaturated fat) - consider adding some veggies and peanuts or brown rice for a genuinely strong BB stir fry.

Avoid vegetable oil you dont need it especially ones that come in plastic...

Listen to the advice above it is good.

Need some form of fibre antioxidants ect to make it a proper meal.. A small salad isnt hard to put together tomato, cucumber, capsicum, lettuce with olive oil and balsamic viniger.. nom nom nom..

Agreed with avoiding vegetable oil. How about some olive oil instead? Or if you can't hack the flavor, do as Damien said and use nonstick cooking spray.

Also agree with adding in some energy source to make it a complete meal.
