Hi There,

I am trying to get some new sources of healthy fats into the diet, especially since I am on a low carb lifestyle so I need some good fat sources. i currently have a lot of olive oil, flaxseed oil, some seed eg. sunflower, and quite a few nuts (mainly almonds, pecans and walnuts), and of course canned salmon. My first question is: what are some other good sources of fats, in particular what are other good oils which I could use like olive oil over meat or salads. Secondly, what do you guys think about hemp oil, such as this here: http://www.iriehemp.co.za/IRIE%20NUTRITION.htm . I hear its got a much better balance of omega 3, 6 and 9 fats. I this true?? One last question - which are the best nuts?? (in terms of low carb and a good array of the various omega oils).

Thanks!
