    Diet novice

    im currently on clen my 2nd day in.
    my current attitude is just to eat things that are low in fat high protien.i dont really take any notice of carbs as i dont understand them that much but im now considering following a structured diet.do you think what im doing so far is ok to get rid of fat or not.

    day 1
    clen
    cardio
    all bran with semi skimmed milk,
    a few snack a jacks
    3 eggs and some milk to make scrambled egg and 3 peices of brown toast.
    2 chicken breast with mixed veg.

    day 2
    clen
    cardio
    chicken strips 4oz roughly
    pitta bread with ham salad
    2 pitta breads stuffed with roughly 10oz chicken and mixed veg

    any help would be apreciated.

    This is all you ate throughout the entire 2 days? You may wind up holding on to fat rather than shedding it. I don't know how many calories you're eating in a day but based on what you've listed, i'm willing to bet they're VERY low. You may go into starvation mode and your body will hold on to fat.

    There are hundreds of diets posted in this section with corrections, tweaks, criticisms, etc. I suggest you spend alot of time reading what others are doing and try to come up with a structured diet based on what you learn. Repost it in a new thread and we will help you with it.
