im currently on clen my 2nd day in.
my current attitude is just to eat things that are low in fat high protien.i dont really take any notice of carbs as i dont understand them that much but im now considering following a structured diet.do you think what im doing so far is ok to get rid of fat or not.
day 1

cardio
all bran with semi skimmed milk,
a few snack a jacks
3 eggs and some milk to make scrambled egg and 3 peices of brown toast.
2 chicken breast with mixed veg.
day 2

cardio
chicken strips 4oz roughly
pitta bread with ham salad
2 pitta breads stuffed with roughly 10oz chicken and mixed veg
any help would be apreciated.
