measuring macros
What's the best place online if you are trying to find the macros in all the foods you eat? I know there are plenty if you google it, but surprisingly, the numbers differ from site to site. I'm looking to find macros in foods that don't come in packages (meat, for example); the ones I can't just read off the box! Thanks, guys.

I personally like livestrong.com - others use fitday.com and I know there are plenty more.

For meat google the exact type of meat, like "bottom round steak". You might have a to do a little math because they will list it in certain portions, like 3 oz, 4 oz or 8oz.
I just went through my entire diet last night and had no problem finding numbers on everything.
Make sure you are looking at the same food though. One example that comes to mind was I was trying to find the numbers on a simple banana, and kept getting like "mashed bananas" or some crazy shit like that.
Took me like 3 different sites to find the numbers for a damn banana LOL.

keep in mind pro/carb are 4 cals per g and fat is 9. Use that knowledge to verify the total cals are correct. Last night livestrong.com told me my flank steak had 48 pro/16 fat per 8 oz and was *** cals. A lot of bogus info out there.
