    2 weeks in on var - holiday in 2 weeks - Keto?

    HI guys,

    im currently 2 weeks in on a 6 week var only cycle at 70mg a day.
    5ft 8, 24, 80kg, approx 15bf

    now... i may be going on holiday in 2 weeks time and was wondering, cud i through a keto diet in for two weeks to shift some pounds quick? how will this go down with the var?

    i have hour free in morning before work so was thinking could do cardio
    then hour on weights in the evenings 4 times a week?

    if you have any better ideas, please advise

    No, there is no reason to throw in a keto diet when your still 15% bf. You either need to reevaluate your overall daily caloric intake, or lower the carbs a little more, but keto just not necessary and it'll take muscle
