HI guys,
im currently 2 weeks in on a 6 week var only cycle at 70mg a day.
5ft 8, 24, 80kg, approx 15bf
now... i may be going on holiday in 2 weeks time and was wondering, cud i through a keto diet in for two weeks to shift some pounds quick? how will this go down with the var?
i have hour free in morning before work so was thinking could do cardio
then hour on weights in the evenings 4 times a week?
if you have any better ideas, please advise
