i have read and read the diet forum and cant seem to put a diet together that suits me,i dont like the idea of the keto diet,atm im on clen 4 days in currently just eating low fat high protien foods and throwing in some carbs with one meal,not coounting macros or anything.i dont really know what to do with my carbs as im trying to lose bf.i dont want to carry on doin what im doing i want a structured plan to achive my goals because the way im going i might put myself into starvation mode or something so im seeking your help.
could someone help me plan out a simple diet to lose body fat.
im 23 6ft 15.5 stone unsure of bodyfat not too much though top 2 abs are visable.
im looking at somethingb thats easy to go shopping for aswell.
and i train in the morning on an empty stomach around 10am 1 hour after clen.
