this is what i eat diet plan joke reallt well look for ur self plz heplp
right breakfast porrige oats
2 egg white i heard there gd protein
dinner tuna pasta
tea chips and chicken
an maybe sncks i wan to no what to eat b4 an after gym an also at home i find my protein shakes give s me an extra push whey protein i have one every gym session an drink plenty of water???
all advise very welcome

traing well aint been for 3 mth due to family matters but im back now an wen i did train i got to 11 6 an couldnt get no bigger
