Goals: Gain muscle mass

Any help would be appreciated. Yes, there's a weight gainer shake in there. Open to any suggestions for cheap whole foods to replace it with with similar macros. Preparing to start a Test/Deca/Dbol cycle - want to get body used to eating over maitenence calories as I'm coming from a cut cycle.

Veggies are added to all whole food meals. Didn't feel the need to include them as nobody really counts their macros anyway. There's a lot of carb intake after post workout shake that I'm worried will just turn into extra fat. Can't really figure out how to structure the other half of the mass shake in the plan. Also aware pasta is not really the best carb source, but at $1 a box at Walmart it keeps my budget in check. And it's very easy to mass produce.


Open to Suggestions...
