It seems I pulled a muscle in my back and will probably have to refrain from lifting the next 2-5 days. I'm currently eating about 500 calories above maintenance at 40/40/20 pro/fat/carbs. Should I eat normally during this time, drop calories to maintenance or something else?
Also being hurt sucks. I've been lifting 4-5 days a week for almost a year now and don't want to lose momentum. I can already feel the laziness creeping in![]()
