Does it change anything? Like should i change my diet? Currently eating 6 meals a day every 3 hours, alternating Prot-carbs with Prot-carbs-fats. but my post workout shake and meal are just before bed. For some reason im tired and sleepy all day and i get an energy rush at about midnight and thats when i train. then i need pills to sleep lol :S.
I have read in most diet plans that they place the workout along with the PWO nutrition at about 3 PM and i wondered if i had to take anything into consideration if i train at midnight?
