    protein ?

    i see how everyone said they eat eggs in morning blah blah blah.... Well can i substitute chicken for my protein source cause eggs just get old fast?

    Absolutely!

    It's a good idea to get your proteins from multiple sources throughout the day, so you get a very broad amino acid profile. But if you can stomach chicken in the am, more power to you! Eggs never get old for me!

    Add chicken toot he eggs with tomato and capsicum..

    Add some nice cheese as well


    Makes good omlette

    well i do not wants eggs at all in my diet ... what if i just stick with steak,chicken, and tuna for my protein sources

    but eggs are good for you :P

    Remmeber to replace the lost good fats with something else...

    You don't HAVE to eat eggs. It's a shame not to IMO, as eggs are a GREAT protein source, and can make for a wonderful protein/fat meal all on their own.

    Frozen chicken can be stored in the freezer for up to one year without sacrificing quality.
