    Talking please make me a diet using my ingreedients

    if you had these ingreedients to live by each day, how would you use them to make meals ? looking for 5 solid meals a day with 2 shakes
    1.eggs
    2.chicken
    3.tuna.
    4.porrage oats
    5.brown bread
    6.brown pasta
    7.brown rice
    8.baked beans
    9.peanut butter
    10.bananas
    11.apples
    12.skimmed milk
    13.weight gainer shakes

    Def go with some
    Chicken / veggies / whole wheat source

    PB is good fats, so don't skimp on that

    lots of good potential from prot powder/milk/oaks/pb/fruit for shakes

    use your imagination. and what's good to hit your macros..
