Over cooking food is a good way for diminishing the protein content of food.

as for the second question, give me some more info that.

Somereaons i cant put on mass...
I gained like 10 kilos eating sausage rolls and pies like 10 everyday.

since i learnt heaps about bodybuidling, i started to eat just chicken and stuff
    like..
    5am = morning, 5 eggs + protein/carb shake
10 am = recess, chicken with labense bread
12pm = lunch, chicken with labense bread
3pm = when i get home from school, fried chicken about 1/2 chicken to a full chicken, varys..
    6pm = dinner with parents

and on sat and sun, i eat 5-6 meals of meat.

I cant gain any mass, it seems like iam just keeping my body mass same day after day for like 2 months now..

could this be my metabolism? because i have to go toilet everyday.

and again iam about 5'5 tall and weighing 67kilos.

Just quickly looking over that meal plan it does,nt look as if you are eating enough cals.Chicken is great for protein but is low in cals.Do calorie count? Supply me with the following info and I will sort you out a diet and what you daily requirements are.

I need a detailed meal plan of what you are consuming NOW
The amount of cals/carbs/fat/protein you are consuming
    Daily activties are they moderate/slow
    Type of training and intensity
    Supplements you are consuming.

Post that then give me a day or 2 ( I have personal and work commitments I need to sort out - so sorry for any delay)and I will work it all out for you

No idea about body fat but i can see my top 2 abs if thats any indication.

OK bro calm down - LOL

I guess you normally buy chicken from the butchers right? and I,m assuming you get chicken fillets/breast

so 150g chicken breast is approx
    Protein 25g
    Carbs 0g
Fat 3.2 without skin with skin its around 7g
Sat Fat 1.1 without skin and 5.9 with
    Cals 210

This is from memory so it may not be 100% accurate but is good for a guide.

Weigh the chicken that you consume so if it is 300g or 2 breast you will multiply the above figures by 2 do the same for each breast or different weight.

If it ways say 170g divide each figure eg 25 / 150 than multiply by 170 and you will get the total protein content for that weight.

I would recommend you by a calorie counting book and begin to study the food you are consuming because if you do not get a hold of your diet you will not be successful whether you use AS or not

I hope it helped a little and yes you do need carbs to transport protein.Read my previous post on Protein and it gives a clear indication how carbs and protein go hand in hand

calorie counting book or is that a log book or a book that list foods and there protein, carbs, fats and other related stuff...?

one more thing people say 40%protein/30%carbs/30%fat
so if i eat chicken and leave the skin on.. that would make it up for the fat. so i just have to focus on protein and carbs right?

thanks alot man, you guys are the best

Check out my diet i posted bro.

Your gonna be looking to get about 4000 calories, 500 grams of carbs and 400 grams of protien if you can handle that much food.

As far as fats, I'm trying to keep my as low as I possibly can. I know I'll get over 30 grams just doing that eating 4,500 calories.

I don't think we can over emphasis that to help you, you have to be able to help yourself.

Go read, and read and read. And please do not think about anything other than natural for the time being you have a lot to achieve before gear is required.
