First id like to say im very skinny (5,9ft 142lb-19 years old) . In difference to most in here i dont wnat to be a 250-300lb muscle guy i just want to be 175lb(of pretty lean muscle not fatty) so im not asking for to much. From what I know a 4000 calorie diet hight in carbs is what i should go for atm. So here is what i made up cricsm advice comments please.. thanks.

TOTAL:3961calories fat:102g "where around only 15g is saturated"; carb:571g prot:215g
noteit hard for me to calculate of oil used in chicken or rice,beside i eat beans,letice etc which i dont count since it varys but if added it will reahc or be more than 4000 calories the meal)
