Had a couple quick questions about my breakfast and consumption of almonds during the day.
I am currently on a cutting/small lean mass gain diet and i have been finding fairly good results with my morning breakfast which is always the same blended shake. (6-8 egg whites, 30g whey protein mix, 1 scoop of veggie greens and mixed frozen berries. I consume this every morning and do you guys see any problem with that?
Also i continually try to eat almonds throughout the day and was wondering is there a point where I should be cutting off this nut? I see everywhere on here they are the best good fats to burn fats but just don't want to go to far or would like to know if you should only consume a certain amount.
