Are you cutting? Bulking? Personally I like Waxy or Oats over Dex. The stuff brought a lot of unwanted fat. It's basically table sugar IMO. Many other better alternatives out there.

What is waxy? and what type of oats. ive been trying to bulk for a while now to not much avail. I am 6 1 200 and would like to get to 210. Now that summer is almost over i wouldnt mind a little bit of extra fat but overall id like the bulk to be mostly lean. what is your diet like?

Waxy Maize is a slow digesting, low glycemic, low insulin spiking carb.

Lately my daily macros have been about 350p 500c and 150f. Off the top of my head it's mostly skinless chicken/turkey breast, fish (salmon only), lean ground beef for protein, oats and brown/white rice only for carbs, vegetables (celery and broccoli mostly), alvacados and almonds for fats, berries for antioxidant properties, and around 1.5 gallons of water ED.
