    Does your diet change....................

...........on days you do NOT work out compared to days you DO work out? For example, say you have a target of 3500 cals/day. But if today happens to be a rest day, I usually drop my PWO shake. But if I do that, I still need to hit my target of 3500 cals/day, right?

What else do you do to compensate on days you do not work out?

I always have a significantly lower caloric intake on non-WO days, usually about 400 cals less. Pro/Fat portions stay the same but I cut about 1/2 the carbs in what would be my pre-workout and my PPWO meals. And obviously, there's no PWO shake. I feel like my energy expenditure is significantly lower on days I don't lift, as I don't feel as hungry. Of course, nothing should be set in stone. If you're recovering from leg/back day on a rest day - you should probly not eat less.
