need a little help bulking
I weigh 180 I'm 5 10 anywhere from 15-20% body fat(use a scale).
I eat 7 meals a day every two and a half to three hours.
I'm consuming 2550 cal a day 255g protein 255g carb 56g fat
I'm gaining weight but I feel like I'm gaining more fat than muscle
