2. is cardion in the mornin, then weights in afternoon THAT much more effective than 1.5 -2 hours of weights and then cardio on weeknights for burning fat and perserving muscle Fasted AM cardio is the best but PWO cardio is effective too. Really, what's more important is the duration and intensity.
stats/background 35yrs old ben lifting for 18 years..diet was poor for many of em... 2 years ago i was 320 then past dec was 230 , now im 255 after 4 months of mass buliding from jan, last months juz ben holding steady, although I think im looking a lil denser , idk.... please feel free to tell what works for you and doesnt, thanks
