i have a solid diet everything is in line, but the one thing that i crave sooo much is a sandwich, how bad is this. all it is is bread (whole weat) and some lunch meat and a piece of cheese.

Get ezekiel bread by foods for life. It's a sprouted, flourless bread and is one of the highest quality carb sources out there, It's good too. A slice of cheese won't hurt as long as you account for the saturated fat/calories and eat a leaner meal at another point in the day. The deli meat is a lean protein and a low-cal food, it's simply LOADED with sodium. Try finding a low sodium variety or simply accept that you'll hold a little more water (sodium doesn't affect body fat, just water).
Short answer, not bad but do what you can to keep it clean and track the macros!!
alright cool man thanks
