I don't intend to start anytime soon, I am doing research, this is one reason I joined this site, to ask questions and to find the right way to do things before doing it. I am looking for some guidance.
My diet:
7:00am - 8 egg whites, cup of oatmeal, whole wheat toast
10:00 - 1 can of tuna with light mayo, sometimes a protein shake
1:00pm- grilled chicken breast whole wheat wrap, banana, yogurt
4:00- 1 can tuna with light mayo
6:00 - Steak / chicken w/ vegies
8:00 - workout, protein shake right after
