    First cycle...need advice

    I'm taking my first cycle of testaplex c 200 wanted to know how many cc to take a week. I am 35 170lbs and about 10-12% body fat. My goal is to try and gain atleast 10lbs of mass (lean). Besides protein what other suppliments can I take during the cycle. any suggestions??

    Typical first cycles are 400 to 500mg per week, split your shots into twice per week.
    How tall are you?
    Do you have a planned pct?

    I am 5'10, not sure what you mean by a planned pct.

    I think you should hold off until you research. Your posts make it blatantly obvious you have no clue what you are doing.

    You are going to inject something deep into your body and will be shutting down your natural testosterone production. Yet you dont know what a PCT is.

    I don't intend to start anytime soon, I am doing research, this is one reason I joined this site, to ask questions and to find the right way to do things before doing it. I am looking for some guidance.

    My diet:
    7:00am - 8 egg whites, cup of oatmeal, whole wheat toast
    10:00 - 1 can of tuna with light mayo, sometimes a protein shake
    1:00pm- grilled chicken breast whole wheat wrap, banana, yogurt
    4:00- 1 can tuna with light mayo
    6:00 - Steak / chicken w/ vegies
    8:00 - workout, protein shake right after

    Thank you, i did a some reading, its safe to say I don't have a pct plan. This is what I need guidance with. I am way out of the loop with all this stuff, and like i said if and when i do it i want to do it right. So any advice will be very helpful to me.

    I would recommend further studying, for pct I like
    clomid 100/50/50/50
    nolva 40/20/20/20

    Thanks guys, I appreciate the advice. Also I currently take over the counter suppliments like BCAA's, Noexplode, that kind of stuff. Should I cut back on that when I start the cycle or continue what Im doing?
