I didnt think I would ever actually do this, once i did it i realised that it actually wasnt that bad. Mite be worth everyone remmbering this.
After getting home from work late and only having 10 mins to get ready for the gym and get a pre workout meal in i decided to do a Tuna Shake.
1 Can of Tuna (drained untill as dry as possible)
250ml Orange juce
Blend untill smooth
Method for drinking
1. Dont Breathe through your nose
2. Take a deep breath
3. Neck as much of the drink as you can (do not breath through your nose)
4. continue to not breath through your nose and finnish the drink
5. take 250 ml orange juce to wash away any tuna taste (still not breathing through nose)
NOT BAD AT ALL
I have a feeling if i were to taste it I wud puke and neva want to do it again.
My theory was if i dont taste it then it wasnt that bad
