I cant believe I have resorted to this
Guys
I didnt think I would ever actually do this, once i did it i realised that it actually wasnt that bad. Mite be worth everyone remmbering this.
After getting home from work late and only having 10 mins to get ready for the gym and get a pre workout meal in i decided to do a Tuna Shake.
1 Can of Tuna (drained untill as dry as possible)
250ml Orange juce
Blend untill smooth
Method for drinking
1. Dont Breathe through your nose
2. Take a deep breath
3. Neck as much of the drink as you can (do not breath through your nose)
4. continue to not breath through your nose and finnish the drink
5. take 250 ml orange juce to wash away any tuna taste (still not breathing through nose)
NOT BAD AT ALL
I have a feeling if i were to taste it I wud puke and neva want to do it again.
My theory was if i dont taste it then it wasnt that bad

Omg thats gross.. im sure it would take me less than 5 mins to open a can of tuna, drain it, add 1 teaspoon of mayo, mix, and eat in 5 spoon-fulls... then drink oj if im not cutting

The only way i would give it a go is probably with milk. An orange juice/tuna combo probably wouldnt make it up to my mouth without me barfing

agreed. Having an off flavor doesn't bother me, but I also don't go out of my way to concoct weird mixtures.
If I were "in a hurry", I may have went with a protein shake, maybe some psyllium fiber, milk, water (thin to taste) and a little honey. this would approximate the oj/tuna you created.

try making tuna balls..
cut some mushrooms, green and red peppers, mix with some mayo (amount depends if your bulking/cutting) add some seasoning and roll into balls with your hands or a table-spoon and bake it.. YUMMY

mike matarrazzo said he used to drink tuna and applejuice shakes all the time. i had read in flex magazine back then he even added a lot more nastyness to them. i didnt know whether to believe him or not.
but whats the sense? tuna shake will yield 45grm of protein in liquid form.
so will a regular protein shake. and there is no proof that anything over 45 will be utilized for that hour. so why tuna when strawberry and orange will do?

couple of guys in our gym drink tuna on a regular basis blended in lemon juice couldnt do it myself

So you mix the tuna WITH the OJ, then blend?
I might have a crack at tuna/water/lemon juice.
