depending on how long you've been training i dont think its possible to gain a substancial amount of mass whilst losing body fat, the exception being your new to training or coming off a big rest....but it can be done so prove me wrong....

you can do it, especially if you are in your early twenties / late teens when your metabolism is out of control ... he's realy on talking about losing 7 lbs of fat (4% of 180) and gaining 11-12lbs of muscle..

well thats a great diet, ive personally structured one of my maint diets around that and had good results, just make sure you give a good 10-12 week run, change things along the way if you feel things arent going in the right direction....good luck

Any lean protein source will be fine. If it's first thing in the am, you can even go with a whey or whey+casein shake just to get a quick blast of protein in after sleeping all night. If the eggs come later in the day, I would not replace with any kind of shake, just a lean protein source.

i would run the diet first, see if it works for you , and then do some sort of bulk with that gear when your leaner.... the clen would be good for now, but save the other gear for later...
