I am not going into great details but i use to be over 30%bf now down to 17% with hard work in the gym and good diet, 4-5 months got invoved with TRT and have been supplementing that with my own protocol and have been on that cycle for about 13 weeks and have lost 10lbs during that i would like an easy clean bulk diet, I work 12 hours a day, gym 1.5 hrs a days, eating habits approx 250+ protein 100 carb 30-40 fat i just dont have the time to figure out every meal plan, I would like to gain about 10-15 good pounds.. any help
