A lot of stuffed and bloated feeling

Is there any way to cut down on this feeling? I really am having trouble eating enough clean calories each day. I am even debating buying a weight gainer and seeing if I can consume that easier.

What are you eating that you think could be causing this? Alot of sodium? Alot of dairy? Usually those will do it. Are you drinking enough water?

I would not go with the weight gainer - it may be easier to consume but it's not on par with real food, not even close.

Thanks I will try some green tea extract.. I need to stay on top of my B12 shots and vitamins. I feel more appetite and general wellness when I take everything daily.

Lately I have been eating a whole container of fat free yogurt with breakfast, then before bed a whole container of fat free cottage cheese, so I think you're right its too much dairy. I'm going to try some new chicken dishes or something.

It's a definite possibility that could be causing the bloat. Are you actually looking bloated, or just FEEL bloated and full?

Drink more water, for me it makes the full feeling not last as long.
