    diet advice please

    Age : 20
    Height : 5' 9''
    Weight : 160 lbs
    Body fat % around 8%

    I am looking to gain muscle size and basically ''get bigger''
    I workout around 12 mid day!
    Current diet:

    9am
    5 whole eggs (raw)
    1 scoop weight gainer i whole milk (up your mass)
    Banana

    12 workout
    1pm protein shake

    2pm
    chicken breast
    pasta
    carrots
    250mls whole milk

    4.30pm
    can of tuna
    half can of sweetcorn
    2 slices of wheaten bread
    250mls whole milk

    6.30pm
    protein shake

    8pm
    chicken breast
    pasta
    kiwi
    500ml whole milk

    11pm
    2 whole eggs (raw)
    500mls whole milk

    any advice on this diet as im sure it could greatly be improved??

    calories ? macros ? fat, protien and carb intake for each meal ? Your TDEE ? Your BMR ?

    all these points are needed if you want help, so list them please...
