well hmm, it seems that when i up my intake of calories, protein, n carbs to where its supposed to be, (3500 cals, around 350gr. protein, and 350 carbs) i dont really gain much if any muscle mass it just all turned to fat n accumulates on my chest n stomach area... is this odd for sumone such as myself? i mean i gotta fast metabolism bc im only 18 and im built very tall and lenky looking, idk it just confusing me lol
