need alittle help with diet...hard time cutting

    Ok I'm 24
    Weight 230
    Have come down from 245
Guessing bf gotta be around like 14-16 right now
    My basic diet is this

    Morning preworkout

    2 whole eggs
1 cup oats mixed with milk

    Post workout
50g protein shake mixed with creatine

    Post workout meal
Half pound lean turkey ground meat half cup brown rice and cup veggies

    next meal
    Same as postworkout

    Before bed
    Portein shake 50gP
Hit cardio like 35 40 min after my workout like 4-5 days a week

Not sure wat I need to tweak but I can't seem to drop any more weight
Usually i ll adjust the brown rice with maybe a cup to change up my carb range so my body doesn't get used to it but any ideas or advice would be much appreciated

Not a diet expert by any means but drop that creatine I am sure it has sugar in it and that milk is out too! Your going to be asked for a complete diet that what you have posted doesnt seem complete to me. Your not eating anything you have 2 meals and 2 shakes. Thats hardly enough to live on. If I had to guess your body is holding onto everything you putting in because your not giving it anything.

Creatine is ok. Ditch the milk in the oats, make with water, and add more eggwhites with breakfast. If thats your whole diet then you are having 2 whole meals and 3 shakes. Id do more meals and less shakes .

There are two seminars in this section that you really need to watch. One is by Milos Sarcev and the other Dave Palumbo both are from dailymotion.com. The diets are completely different but I think you would learn enough to start eating sufficient food. If you chose either there are hundreds of articles in this section to help you on you way, that's why it is labelled diet section.

Also, the stickies are good reads. One for bulking, one from cutting, etc.

Is the Palumbo one a keto diet? If so I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner - this cat needs to learn the basics of nutrition first. Milos vids will definitely get him on the right path...

He is a big proponent of keto dieting but they touch on so much more and really are a must.

Well in that case I should watch them too! Gotta go to bed now, 4:30am wakeup for the gym calls. I'll definitely check these out tomorrow, thanks.
