Who Makes Their Own Protein Shake?

I was curious as to how many people dabble around making their own drinks. I'm still trying to perfect one myself. I currently have a cup of milk, cup of orange juice, 2 cups of spinach, 2 bananas, 4 whole eggs and 2 spoonfulls of peanut butter. I ran out of protein which I usually throw in too... It comes to roughly around 1,000 calories and 60 grams of protein. I'm still trying to up the protein count as well... I drink it throughout the day and even though it looks like baby poop it doesn't taste half bad. Plus I don't eat a lot of fruits and veggies so I get my daily needs from it as well.

I might need to look into this - I hate eating veggies, honestly.

Almost sounds like you could hook that up to a feeding tube and skip any unneccessary wear and tear on the teeth with that chewing thing?
