    My diet - High protien and calories

    Please feel free to critique my diet. Im currently on a test/eq cycle so im looking for a lean bulk.

    Meal 1: 4 eggs, tall glass of milk.

    Meal 2: 8oz chicken breast, bowl of noodles, tall glass of milk.

    Meal 3: 3/4 cup nuts, 10oz Chicken breast, tall glass of milk.

    Meal 4: 2 ham sandwhiches, bowl of rice, tall glass of milk.

    Meal 5: Usually not hungry and can't eat but if i am ill eat some penut butter and jelly sandwhiches or hotpockets.

    Any suggestions on what i could change/add? Also yes i do love milk . I usually dont have a fifth meal but once the EQ is fully kicked in ill be able to work in another full meal. I eat every 3-4 hours.

    What are your stats now?

    - More protein/carbs in meal 1.
    - meal 2, 3, 4... eh.. not the best choice
    - meal 5 have to have some lean protein before bed

    You may or may not gain weight on this diet, just depends on your body type. For most people this would not work for a "lean bulk". If i were you id try and copy one of the stickies sample diets at the top of the page.
