i just have a quick question when it comes to my diet. ive developed a pretty good diet but im just wondering if something happens like i accidentally leave one of my meals in the car and it goes bad while im at work, its better to eat something shitty like a sub or burger over eating nothing right? it does not happen often at all but when it comes down to having to take in calories its definitely better to eat SOMETHING right? i think thats the right option but id like some backing on this one. thanks![]()
