Post Your TDEE and Activity Level

Hey, guys. I'm looking for people to post their BMR, TDEE, and activity level as to how you came up with your TDEE. I am researching a keto diet, and I want to be spot on with my TDEE before starting. According to research I've done here, I should be using BMR x 1.6, but after posting my daily activity level, some people here believe that this number is too high for me; others tell me to use 1.6, so I'm a bit confused.

    Here are my stats:

    5'9"
    174 lbs.
    26 years old
    about 16% bf (estimate)

My daily routine is working construction. I don't do much of the physical labor; mostly supervision. Monday-Friday, I train weights heavy for about an hour. No cardio (yes, I know I should do cardio and I plan to start, but that's not what this thread is about).

My BMR is 1849, and if I multiply by 1.6, my TDEE comes to 2958. Since some knowledgeable people here advised me that this was to high of a daily activity factor, I go with 1.5, which comes to 2773.

Could you guys please post your activity level and how you came up with your TDEE so that I may have a better idea of what mine should actually be. Like I said, I want to be spot on when I run my keto diet.

    Thank you!

we are talking about a 150 calorie diffrence here.

Dont worry, go for the higher one to be safe and then lower if required
