is this a bad move???i read in MARCUS300 post about maintaining gains do not diet until u have fully recovered after my bulk course as your muscle will be wasted away....im nearly finished my sus dbol course and ive been tryn to cut for about 3 weeks taking lipo6 dieting and cardio ive lost about 7lbs....hopeing its fat what should i do stop my dieting immediatley orrrrr..im confused have i ****ed things up wasted my gains....
