meal 2-
150g chicken breast,
150g wholemeal pasta,
small amount grated cheese

meal 3- post workout
100g oats,
400ml whole milk,
2 scoops whey protein

meal 4-
same as meal 2

meal 5-
2x wholemeal bread,
1 tin of tuna,
50g peanuts.
