Hey guys, this is my diet
wake up: protein shake 60grams whey
Banana

Beakfast: 3 whole eggs
2 toast
Porridge

Snack: 200g pineapple and banana


Lunch: 150g salmon or tuna
2 slices of bread
piece of fruit

snack: penut butter sandwich

post workout: protein shake, 2 scoops whey

dinner: 300g steak
pasta
salad

does anyone have any tips or help with my diet? ive only recent been using it and not quit sure if it suits me
