    Cooked vs Raw Brown rice?

    Ok, another beginner question...
Just to clarify things, what do you guys really mean by eating brown rice? Is it cooked or raw? Because when i compared it in CalorieKing, theres a huge diffference, its a 4:1 ratio for raw brown rice...

I've never heard of this, and I doubt it. Stick to the norm and cook it!

    It doesn't digest.....I've tried it

I thought it would be a quick way to get some carbs in if I didn't have time to prepare a meal. Alas, my next poop was full of brown rice. No pain or discomfort though.
