As long as they're sugar-free - they shouldn't hinder it directly. However, I imagine your cortisol levels are fvcked and it's just not healthy in general. You should have plenty of energy via endorphins and complex carbs living this lifestlye barring the standard pre-workout supp or cup of coffee here and there.
