For the past two weeks i have been drinking about 1-2 redbulls a day and one Munster 32oz low car or sugar free stuff. Anyways i notice i stopped loosing weight and began to wonder if it was due to my energy drinks. Thanks.

As long as they're sugar-free - they shouldn't hinder it directly. However, I imagine your cortisol levels are fvcked and it's just not healthy in general. You should have plenty of energy via endorphins and complex carbs living this lifestlye barring the standard pre-workout supp or cup of coffee here and there.Quote:
