    Replacement Food

Well I have been looking at a diet plan that I am going to stick to soon, as best as possible. I have run into the dinner meal and I am not liking one item.

This meal is to bulk up although I have adjusted a phew things accordingly to, also keep myself lean.

    Dinner:
    225g Salmon
    200g brown rice
    100g chopped broccoli
    200g raw spinach

Now its the Salmon I can't stand, it's revolting to me and it makes me want to spew, can I get some idea's of what I can replace it with. Also keep in mind my lunch looks like this, so I did have meat before hand.

    Lunch:
    200g lean minced beef
    2 slices grain bread
Raw spinach - and a cup of Green tea.

So? If you don't like the Salmon just add another lean meat (chicken, turkey, fish, lean ground beef, etc)

If you're trying to get fat intake from the salmon, just add some fish oil to the meal.

^^^ THIS. You can also drizzle some olive oil over your broccoli and spinach for some additional fats. If you don't like salmon, i'm going to assume you don't like any oily fish. But if you want to try something different that still has healthy fats, look at bluefish or something along those lines.
