counting calories
Hi guys, I'm going to start a strict diet soon for bulking up and cut later part once I'm satisfied with the size. I'm just wondering how actually you guys count your calories? How do you know chicken breast has how much calories? Do you need to do some kind of math? Or do they have like some form of calculator? Sorry if if I'm posting such a noob question. I'll appreciate you guys guidance or answers. Thanks in advance.

I dont think we are allowed to post links to other sites, so go here
aminoz.com.au/food_nutritional_information.php
It has a search for food types, and will give you all the info you need to know for pretty much anything.
Im sure there are others, this is just the first one i found

Yeah no probs, its helped me work out my cal intake, such a pain in the butt, at some point its gonna require some scales too, so i can properly measure out food. Cause most of the time your just gonna be guessing approx weight of what your eating, cans of tuna aside of course

Hey guys I've discovered the best way to count your calories. I've downloaded this application from my Nexus One, its called calories counter. What you just need to do is, input your meal then it would calculate for you automatically. They have all sorts of food. From real food to any brand of protein or supplements. Those of you guys do have an android OS you could try the app. Sorry if I sound like promoting but this app is hell of a good one. Cheers!!
