    bulking diet help.

    hey guys whats up? im currently 6'3 /6'4 251 pounds at age 26. ive been on many bulking diets b4 and im trying to hit the big 300 lbs by may of nextyear lol. im looking for a good bulking diet that can help me out. I do about 30 mins. of cardio a day to help burn out some of the fat. so what ever you guys got im willing to try. thanks alot

    I think 50 pounds in under 5 years is near impossible. Even juiced that would be no easy feat unless you were just starting to lift and had incredible genetics. If you do not care how you look, eat 5000 calories a day and you will get to 300 before long.

    na il gain the 50 lbs lol, i add and lose weight easily depends on how i train and lift

    I used to think the same way, Why not weigh 220 instead of 200? The answer is because at 200 I look like a bodybuilder and at 220 I look like a fattyboomba. If 50 pounds come hell or high water is your goal just eat everything you can. But in the next year expecting to gain 5-10 pounds of muscle is more realistic.

    lol yeahh i know i think the same way, but for 250 im skinny still lol, i wana hit the big 300 just to look like a ****ing house haha
