    My Diet

    Hi guys i tried posting a diet recently but was told to work on it. <never cycled>

    Weight 240,
    Height 75 inches 6'2ish
    bf down to 19 from 23 already

    BMR 2377
    TDEE 3685

    It suggests i eat 550 calories per meal with a 10% Deficit im having trouble making 500 lol.

    Meal One 8 AM
    Eggz n Tuna

    2 Whole eggs 3 egg whites
    1 can tuna
    Calz 425
    Fat14g
    carb 2g
    prot 80g

    Meal 2 10:40
    Shakey
    1/3rd cup Oats (going to up to 2/3 cup or more but so thick :'()
    1.5 Scoops whey protein
    1 Scoop P nut butter(prob cut it out cause of fat, even though good fat)

    Fat 21g
    Carb 35
    Prot 53ish

    Lunch 1:30
    8 Oz Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
    2 Cups broco
    4 oz Steamed brown rice
    Prot 69g 276 cals
    Fat 12g 110 cals
    Carbs 41g 165 cals

    3:30
    XXXXL Coffee Black
    4:00 Workout
    5:00 Protein shake
    1 Scoop protty
    1 Banna
    cup of water ice

    270 cals
    Fat 2.9
    carb 36
    prot 31.5g

    7 o clock
    Repeat meal eaten at lunch LUNCH




    Goals : Currently carrying alot of mid section fat and would like to get it way down and lean out the rest of my body before i bulk up around Jan. i am 240 i would like to get to around 205-210 lbs Lean

    Calculated through bf and weight/height my LBM is around 203-207

    More oats at breakfast. 40-50g carbs and remove the pb. If oats are too thick, use more water. Simple. Have your 7:00 pm meal at 6:00. Add another meal before bed that's pro/fat only. Use red meat, casein, or cottage cheese and the pb from breakfast.

    Thank ya, yea with the oats in my shake im using a magic bullet with minimul capacity lol. With this much of a deficit will i loose any muscle i have lol, im on like 2-3 times in the gym a week until september when i move and ill be like 4-5 times in.

    With another 600 cal meal as my lsat meal after the 6pm ill only be at around 2800

    only worked out like 4-5 times over 3jsh weeks but down 5ish pounds and 2 belt sizes? is there something wrong at all? like my ****ing belt is at minimum loop i might have ot buy a new one ll
