    Feedback/input on bulk diet

    My stats are the following:

    Height: 194CM
    Weight: 95KG
    Fat %: 12-13%
    Age: 23
Status: Just finished a cut and I'm currently doing a 5-split.

    Meal 1:
    130g oatmeal
    1liter skim milk

    Meal 2:
    70g protein powder

    Meal 3:
    140g avocado
    2 bananas

    Meal 4:
210g whole wheat bread (It's called "rugbrød" in Danish and it consists of decent carbs)

    Meal 5:
    5 whole eggs
    1liter skim milk

    PWO (Meal 6):
    60g protein powder

    Meal 7:
    150g chicken

    Meal 8:
    210g whole wheat bread
    250g - 300g cottage cheese

Other supplements: Multivitamin + x2 omega 369 fishoil each day.

    Macros: 32% / 47% / 10%
    Calories: 4000~

The meals are spaced out which means I consume something every 1.5 - 3 hours.

My plan is to follow my 5-split for half a year and see how it works for me. If it's decent I will do a test E only cycle with no other compunds plus proper PCT.

I still have alot to learn about AAS and PCT, however, for now, I need some vets or experienced members to criticize my diet.

Sorry, i'm not familiar with your measurements, so I can only comment on food choices. The only protein you have here is milk? What about food? Add 2 whole eggs and 6-8 whites. This probably means you need to reduce the amount of milk as well, but I don't know how much 1 liter equates to. Milk is high in sugar, I wouldn't drink a ton of it

    Meal 2:
    70g protein powder

Is this your PWO meal? If not, drop it and do a lean protein + complex carb here

    Meal 3:
    140g avocado
    2 bananas

What kind of meal is this? There's no protein source whatsoever - it's all fat and carbs! Again, drop this entire meal and do a lean protein + complex carb

    Meal 4:
210g whole wheat bread (It's called "rugbrød" in Danish and it consists of decent carbs)

Another meal with zero protein = zero gains

    Meal 5:
    5 whole eggs
    1liter skim milk

A misplaced meal. This would look better as meal 1, but 5 whole eggs is too much IMO - 2-3 whole, 6-8 whites

    PWO (Meal 6):
    60g protein powder

Ok here, but add a carb. 1 cup oats would work well right in your shake

    Meal 7:
    150g chicken

Just chicken? no carbs? no fats? No veggies?

    Meal 8:
    210g whole wheat bread
    250g - 300g cottage cheese

That much carbs right before bed is a really bad idea IMO, unless you're asking to get fat. Drop the bread completely, cottage cheese is a good choice though

Other supplements: Multivitamin + x2 omega 369 fishoil each day.

Honestly bro, the diet is pretty terrible. It's all over the place, you have meals with no protein, meals with only protein, etc. Each meal should have protein and either a carb or fat source. You have no veggies in any meals either.

    Critique above in bold

    Hey Gbrice75

Thank you for taking the time to nuke my diet which was well-deserved.
I realized that it had plentyful of mistakes and I have tweaked my diet in another direction now.

I will PM you when I've put up my new diet in this section again.
