I was in meetings for two weeks straight and all I did was booze and eat. I have been packing on the lbs lately. I need some motivation from the bros. I have maintained a great weight workout, but I have been slacking on the cardio. Actually I have made some great gains naturally, but I have been gaining a good amount of BF. I am gonna hit a cycle in about 2-3 weeks, but I need as much help with this as possible. Help AR, motivate me to get back on the the diet!![]()
