my girlfriend wants to lose 6kg or around 12lbs. Tried to help her out but nothing has seemed to work. I myself have no trouble losing when i am cutting down but its been very difficult for her.
Any advise guys?
She is 5'4" 23 years old, but wont tell me her weight![]()
She does cardio whenever i train but i dont think she is doing enough. Currently she does 20mins walking on the treadmill followed by 10mins on the bike. 3-4 times a week.
