    Question Just a few Q's on Sarcev's Video?

    Is this video only about cutting diet? Or is he suggesting that we build lean mass while shredding fat, I thought that was impossible but I'm new to this so... Anyway, I would be injesting say 350 g Protein, 150 g Carbs, and maybe 80 g Fat. With the info he gave me that would add up to a total of around 2720 calories throughout the day. My RMR is about 2300, so if I was on a bulking diet I would not be able to put on a huge amount of mass if I was "bulking"???? Also a very informative video and I will be taking notes in the near future.

    I guess if I ate 500 g protein and 500 g of carbs w/ about 100g fat, I would put on mass easy with like 5000 calories a day, but he never says (or at least i dont think so) if that was his bulking diet or cutting diet or if he even changes his diet from that, just a little confused
