    Too Much Protein?

Was wondering that if a persons protein intake was generally larger and greater than normal(3-5 shakes greater) that this would cause problems with the liver and other parts of the digestive system. Was thinking that due to a large amount of protein, creatine, caffine through pre workout formulas that had to pass through the liver that a large strain would be placed on the liver and alternitevely cause severe problems?

Your body needs and can process 1 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight
so drinking an extra shake is not going to effect your liver.
If you have lactose problems getting the protein from shakes might be a problem though.
