Diet for Gaining weight as fast as posible.
Meal 1: 1 scoop of monster milk, 1 serving fruit
Meal 2: 2-3 eggs, 2 pieces reduced fat bologna, 2 slices fiber bread, flaxseed oil
Meal 3: 4 tblspoons peanut butter, grape jelly, 2 slices fiber bread
Meal 4: 2-3 Turkey or pulled pork tacos with some veggies
1 hour pre workout: protein bar
15 minutes pre workout: Gatorade pregame fuel
Postworkout: 3-4 scoops or Universal Torrent
Meal 5: salad with tuna, or usda organic beefwith salad
Meal 6: Lactose free natural milk, flax seed oil, reduced fat oreos, peanut butter. Or bowl of honey nut cheerios with flaxseed
